About the event
Angry Knit-In DC is a nationwide fabric arts based craft event turning fiber arts into feminist resistance.
Hundreds of crafters, artists, and activists will converge on the National Mall to weave, knit, crochet, and frog the fabric of democracy — unraveling the knots of patriarchy and authoritarianism so we can remake something better.
PKG is meeting at the Holgate Library in Community Room 1A on the same day in solidarity. Finish out your RCYC with fellow knitters. Members and Nonmembers are welcome.
Knitters Against Fascism (Portland branch) are also gathering at the ICE facility as well, beginning at 10 am. Further info is available on Facebook, here.
